Visual Artist

Aleksandar Basic is a Visual Artist who works with adults and children as a lecturer and a teacher. He is interested in existentialism, impressionism, cubism and most of the other isms. His main skills are painting and drawing. He is constantly experimenting with different media but mostly uses oils. His motifs are people, things and places that leave an impression on him. He works in a variety of styles; when creating artwork, he doesn’t think about style but rather how and what he wants to achieve. He is very much interested in “how things work” and investigates this in different aspects of form, shape, light and colour.
